There are many reasons why we have aches and pains in our physical body. Accidents, falls, injuries from physically demanding work, injuries from sport, over-use of muscles, incorrect posture, tension, stress or anxiety. All of our mental and emotional worries and concerns show up in our physical body. That is why is so important to work with the mind as well as the body.
I offer yoga & pilates fusion classes, mindfulness meditation courses, various themed workshops, as well as private sessions. I combine my knowledge and experience as a Spinal Therapist, Yoga, Teacher, Pilates Teacher, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Life Coach, along with the learning's from many other courses and workshops I have attended over the years , to help you to improve your quality of life, helping you to find peace, a sense of well being, happiness, and a release from stress, aches and pains.

Yoga is for everyone. You will learn simple breathing techniques, yoga & pilates postures and relaxation techniques to release physical, mental and emotional tension and stress. You will learn to increase flexibility, balance and strength, in body and mind, as well as learn how to improve your posture. What you learn on the mat you will be able to integrate in to your every day life, increasing your inner peace, happinessand well being.
Mindfulness Meditation will help you to stay present and aware. Most of the time we lead such busy lives, we find our minds are constantly chattering away.We often become fused with our thoughts and emotions or try to ignore them. You will learn simple yet profound tools and techniques you can use in everyday life.
I run regular workshops in Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds on a Saturday afternoon. Each workshop has a different theme. Each workshop includes information on the theme and then breathing, yoga /pilates and mindfulness meditation to help with the theme.
The aim of each workshop is to inform you and for you to learn ways to help yourself in a relaxed and friendly environment.
