I try to meditate every day now and I seem to be having a different outlook and mindset than I have done in the past. I find it kind of strange how doing something like meditating can have an impact on my happiness and general state of mind. Seems to be working though, I feel more at peace and at ease with life. And I am much better at living in the now rather than in the past or the future. If everyone were to give meditating a go, the world may become a calmer, less stressful and happier place. Sharon
