There are many reasons why we have aches and pains in our physical body. Accidents, falls, injuries from physically demanding work, injuries from sport, over-use of muscles, incorrect posture, tension, stress or anxiety.
The aim of any treatment is to enable the client to return to full health and vitality. The body is very good at compensating when we have an injury , a fall or a knock. Eventually that catches up with us and we have aches and pains that just will not go away. We also tend to carry our emotional worries and our daily stresses in our physical body, which eventually leads to aches and pains.
