13th October 2018

Legs and Gluts Workshop, Newmarket. 1pm to 4pm, includes tea, coffee and flapjack. In this workshop we will explore the movements of the legs, common injuries and issues , how restrictions in the legs and gluts  can affect your back. You will explore for yourself your own movement patterns . We will practice yoga and pilates to improve range of motion in our legs and gluts, as well as improve strength.  We will finish with a guided meditation. Cost is £30

Core and Posture Workshop, Newmarket. 1pm to 4pm, includes tea, coffee and flapjack. In this workshop we will learn what your core is and look at some common core and posture issues and the tension and /or pain they can cause.  You will get to explore your own core and posture and then we will practice ways to improve both your core and posture using yoga and pilates. We will finish with a guided meditation.  Cost is £30




7th  November 2018

Yin Yoga with Gong 1 ½ hour class, Newmarket. 6.45pm to 8.15pm Yin Yoga allows us to work the deeper 'yin' tissues: the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, the deep fascial networks and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active 'yang' style of asana practice. The more active style of yoga tends to target the lengthening and contracting of muscles

Suitable for almost all levels of students. Yin Yoga provides physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual benefits. Yin Yoga is simple, but simple does not mean easy!

Sound frequencies can affect us on a cellular level, influence how we feel and function. Sound healing practices like a Gong uses vibrational sound and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace and well being for better health.
